The Opportunity:
Be at the heart of the action as you take charge of the Australian Outback Spectacular costume and uniform room, where you’ll be responsible for managing and distributing show costumes and uniforms to our team members. This role offers you the chance to be an integral part of our vibrant production environment while ensuring that every performer is outfitted for success!

Your day to day:
• Operate all laundry equipment in the care and cleaning of costumes, uniforms and horse tack and washable items for daily cleaning and
maintenance
• Sort costumes into wardrobe racking and storage rails, maintain the proper storage and order of this system for easy stock take and issue
• Learn all correct character costumes for distribution and sign out to cast and check the costumes on return ensuring that they are complete
• Repair minor damage to costumes/uniforms using hand sewing for this purpose
• Maintain up to date stock take and ordering of all costumes and uniforms

What you’ll bring:
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in relation to a laundry facility and safe use of chemicals highly regarded
• Experience in minor clothing repairs highly regarded
• Reliable, energetic with a high level of physical fitness
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Enjoy working in a team environment with good communication skills
• Flexibility to be able to work on any day/evening – shifts will be between the hours of 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
